This is a remote and full-time position; successful candidates will reside in Indiana.  Weekend On-Call Hours: Fri 5 pm PT until Mon 8 am PT  Weekday On-Call Hours: 5 pm PT until 8 am PT... Additionally, you must work on all the following holidays and will be paid an additional $300 stipend per holiday. As a Remote Staffing Scheduling Coordinator - Nights, Weekends, Holidays (F/T) performing remote on-call scheduling work, you ensure our organization reaches optimal service for our Client's needs, filling open shifts, responding to emergencies outside of regular office hours, adjusting anticipated schedules, and more. This role reports to our Operations Manager. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - In this role, your duties will include the following:  Cheerfully welcome and greet customers by phone and in-person - building a strong, loyal team  Foster strong relationships with both Clients and Caregivers  Optimize a schedule that matches and carefully pairs each Client with a compatible Caregiver, based upon their individual needs and preferences  Creatively staff call-outs  Optimize and fill ALL open shifts daily to ensure zero open hours every week  Assist Caregivers with all inquiries on schedule changes, missed clock in/outs, care management platform assistance, and other schedule questions  Manage and oversee time-off requests, sick time, and shift adjustments  Make sure Caregivers are prepared for shifts with new Clients (communicate Client Service Plan needs and personal preferences)  Work Weekends and Holidays for Additional Stipend Requirements  Have a high value for innovation, streamlined processes and efficiency  Demonstrate a pro-active and solution-oriented mindset  Have excellent written and oral communication articulation in English  Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and documentation  Possess intuitive. strategic, and organized project management skills  Have excellent professional collaboration skills and team mindset  Have a results-driven, task-oriented approach  Utilize excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment  Demonstrate strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills  Have proficiency with technology and electronic devices  Demonstrate sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism  Demonstrate strong commitment to compliance  Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations  Task-oriented, pro-active, results-driven, innovative professional  Attention to detail  Enjoys complex challenges with many moving pieces  Highly organized and skilled at multitasking  Ability to collaborate and foster strong relationships with both Clients and Caregivers  Excellent communication and documentation skills Benefits In your role with Caring for Family of Companies, you're responsible for upholding, executing, and supporting our mission.
