Key Responsibilities
 Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat.
 Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat communications.
 Assist in scheduling appointments by honing in on necessary details.
 Cultivate and keep updated a comprehensive knowledge base of our expanding products and services.
 Gather customer contact information to support lead generation and client evaluation.
 Provide summarized interactions based on customer requirements for client assessment.
Required Skills
 Excellent customer service capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
 Strong decision-making and analytical skills are essential.
 Competence in typing, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred).
 Basic proficiency in internet navigation and window-based computer applications.

Qualifications
 Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, though not mandatory.

 High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary.
