Key... Responsibilities: • Engage customers in direct sales presentations with the goal of enrolling them in new services or upgrading their current ones . • Ask questions to better understand the customers needs and provide the best solutions • Process orders, upgrades, and service changes accurately and efficiently. • Educate customers about new products, promotions, and service options to enhance their experience. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service. • Uphold both our firm and our clients commitment to customer satisfaction and company policies.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $879.39 - $1,059.05 per week
