We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Scheduler/Receptionist to join our remote team. This role is essential to our smooth day-to-day operations, and weÂre looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, effective at managing time, and enjoys interacting with patients in a positive and professional manner.Description
Position: Scheduler/Receptionist
Location: 100%
Pay: $18 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities: Â Manage patient scheduling, ensuring appointments are booked and rescheduled as needed. Â Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text to confirm, remind, and follow up on appointments. Â Respond to inquiries and general questions from patients in a timely and professional manner. Â Help maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with managing appointment calendars. Â Coordinate with clinicians to ensure proper scheduling of appointments and availability. Â Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the practice.
Qualifications: Â Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred, but not required. Â Strong communication skillsÂcomfortable speaking with patients and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text. Â Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Â Tech-savvy and comfortable with online scheduling software, email, and text communication. Â Strong organizational and time-management skills.
