Position Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, dynamic and ambitious Corporate Partner to join our prestigious, fully remote legal team. As a Corporate Partner at our firm, you will experience a paradigm shift in the way legal services are delivered and billed. Unlike conventional law firms, we believe in rewarding our Partners for their hard work and dedication. Instead of taking 70% of your billings, we do the opposite – you keep 70% of what you bill. Important Details of the Position
• There is NO billable hour requirement for this position.
• The qualified Partner must have a portable book of business worth a minimum of $750,000.
• This position is 100% remote and comes with full paralegal support and firm paid-for equipment.
• You'll set your own rates and enjoy the freedom shape your business the way you want it.
• Firm pays 100% of malpractice insurance.

Requirements
• Proven Expertise: A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Partner in a top law firm, with a strong focus on corporate law.
• Portable Book of Business: A portable book of business worth a minimum of $750,000 is required for consideration.
