What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Maintain standard call volume as outlined in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Engage in outbound calling when inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities
• Assist in achieving company and department KPIs
• Participate in training and utilize tools and resources for professional growth
• Address customer concerns effectively, involving management as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Experience with common office hardware and software, including Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and dependability
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
