Description: Develop and communicate data-driven insights derived from Zelis sales pipeline opportunities.
 Project the value of specific sales opportunities via analytical methods.
 Advise Sales & prospects on scoping of analytic opportunities, data quality, and delivery expectations.
 Use predictive analytics to portray product performance to existing & prospective customers.
 Translate data insights into practical implications and opportunities for the Sales organization.
 Coach others to instill a culture of fact - based decision making.
 Evaluate, develop, select, and integrate new tools and processes for data gathering and reporting.
 Provide direct oversight to a team of 5 Data Analysts & 1 Manager.
 Develop vision for future state organization of the Product Analytics organization structure.
 Invest in and build improved infrastructure for Zelis Impact Analysis function.
Requirements:  BachelorÂs Degree required and 15+ years experience in analytics.  10 ... years  experience in an analytics leadership role.  Expertise in the collection, analysis, and delivery of large, multidimensional data sets, including using advanced analytical tools and methodology (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python).  Experience designing and delivering analyses that inform product roadmaps.  Comfortable analyzing product adoption and customer usage data to provide insight into growth opportunities.  Experience building and leading cross functional teams across the go - to - market organization, including partnering with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product and/or Customer Success.  Strong business acumen and financial skillsets, with the ability to analyze and effectively interpret financial, sales, marketing customer information for effective decision making.  A high energy, hands - on leadership style that is capable of leading and influencing cross - functional stakeholders in a high - growth, private equity backed environment.  Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
