As part of the Global Business Consulting (GBC) organization, the Travel Program Management (TPM) outsource... practice line is one of the fastest growing organizations within that group, dedicated to providing strategic and operational travel management consulting services on behalf of our customers. The Multi-National (MN) Travel Program Specialist will handle a variety of distinct short term consulting engagements, including Commodity Management Sourcing, Project & Experience Management, Sustainability & Wellbeing, Travel Program Optimization, and Traveler Behavior Compliance Science. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidateÂs relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. This role is also eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, rewarding participants based on company performance. Skills  Understanding of travel data and overall travel-related processes  Excellent technical skills on travel-related technology, such as online booking systems and reporting tools  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Strong analytical skills, commitment to quality, adaptability, and self-motivation  Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus  Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook  Ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations effectively Responsibilities  Interface regularly with GBC Category Practice Line Leads  Build strong working relationships with Multi-National leadership and commercial teams  Generate creative ideas for innovative products and services  Condense large amounts of information into clear, concise formats  Operate with a sense of urgency to drive results and meet deadlines  Deliver positive results and resolve issues with creative solutions  Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in communication  Demonstrate personal excellence and resilience in changing circumstances Qualifications  Previous experience working in a global environment is a plus  Must be able to demonstrate measurable results in previous roles  Ability to understand an issue from several viewpoints Education Requirements  Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field Education Requirements Credential Category  BachelorÂs degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience Requirements  Previous experience in travel management or consulting  Strong understanding of travel-related technology and processes  Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role Why work in Madison, WI Madison is known for its vibrant community, beautiful lakes, and rich cultural scene.
