We manage their applicant tracking systems, interviewing process, and their recruitment strategies, so all that’s left for the company to do is make the final hiring decision. Position Type:
• Part-time to Full-time (Fully Remote)
• Availability to work until 6:00pm ET or later
• Minimum of 3 days, 24 hours per week

Pay Type: $11/hr - $12/hr, commensurate with experience

• Strong proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets
• Skilled in typing, using a personal computer, and a cell phone
• Ability to multitask and work well on a remote team

Responsibilities: • Source resumes using job boards, career sites, and social media to find quality candidates • Schedule and conduct phone or video interviews for posted positions • Coordinate the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership • Use applicant tracking system to manage recruiting process • Manage reference checking for applicants when necessary • Notify applicants of the status of their application, whether acceptance or rejection • Build and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, high schools, churches, and other organizations for recruitment purposes • Effectively influence potential candidates to pursue opportunities with the company • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand(s) • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality • All other duties as assigned

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
