As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued card members. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience while ensuring the highest level of service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information and assistance regarding American Express products, services, and policies. Identify and assess customer needs to ensure swift resolution of issues and inquiries. Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to deliver informed and effective solutions.
