InflectionCX, a leader in modern Customer Experiences, is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Contact Center Agents. As a Contact Center Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging our cutting-edge technology and work-from-home team members. As a work-from-home position in a moderate-to-high volume contact center, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service across multiple contact channels, including phone calls, SMS, email, and chat. Our comprehensive, fully paid training program is designed to set you up for success. You'll participate in class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and receive instructor-led guidance to help you fulfill our important mission. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, interacting with people across multiple contact channels. You'll handle a variety of routine inquiries or requests while providing a high level of service. You'll treat all callers with courtesy and professionalism and deliver 5-star satisfaction in all interactions. Job Duties  Responsible for handling/initiating and handling a moderate to high volume of customer calls per day  Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators  Complete essential follow-up documentation after each interaction  Provide an exceptional and positive experience in every interaction  Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines Requirements  High School Diploma or GED equivalent  Ability to multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications  Have strong reading, writing and communication skills  Ensure privacy and security practices are followed at all times Preferred Requirements:  1 year of customer service experience and/or sales experience Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment University / College degree is an asset Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $14.25 - $15.75 per hour Benefits:  401(k)  Paid time off  Paid training Schedule:  8 hour shift  Day shift  Monday to Friday Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits:  401(k)  Paid time off  Work from home Shift:  Day shift Work Location: Remote Apply Job!Â
