The Project Manager will plan and oversee assigned projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project Manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

- Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
- Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project to develop ROI for branch system enhancement projects and scope of work.
- Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
- Conduct risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
- Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Manage toll-gate process and timeline of all projects to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices (e.g. internal audit, SOX, CCPA).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Moderate travel requirements as needed for business purposes; 25%.
- BachelorÂs degree in the field of Business Management, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience within project management.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
- Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
- Extensive experience in leading organizations through process improvement efforts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in changing environment, see through complexity
