OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role. Our client is an industry-leading heavy equipment manufacturer with more than 30 years of experience and 800+ clients in the aggregate, construction, and mining industry. They specialize in designing and engineering custom equipment systems that are more productive, durable, and flexible compared to anything on the market. About the role: Territory Sales Representative  Based out of a home office, you will play a crucial role in expanding revenue and market share including Utah and Colorado  Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expansion goals within new and existing accounts  Focus predominantly on the mining and aggregate industry sectors  Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular face-to-face meetings to strengthen and grow partnership  Manage complex sales opportunities from end to end with deals that range from $500K-$5M in value  Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and attend relevant industry events and tradeshows to build brand awareness  This role will require 25% overnight travel Compensation  Base salary + uncapped commission with $150K-$200K OTE  Company vehicle + gas card  Travel expenses covered  Benefits provided  Vacation Requirements for Consideration  MUST have experience selling heavy equipment/machinery ideally selling into the mining/aggregate industry  Demonstrated track record in new business acquisition and growing revenue within existing accounts  Ability to strategically manage a large territory and build out an effective plan for YOY growth  Highly independent and self-driven to work autonomously  Location: Ideally in Denver or Salt Lake City Want to stay in the loop?
