Part-Time Hybrid Administrative Coordinator Location: Metro Delaware area (must have reliable transportation) Company: H&S Enterprise, Inc. (parent company of H&S Impact Group and H&S Construction & Supply LLC) H&S Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Hybrid Administrative Coordinator to support the operations of both H&S Impact Group and H&S Construction & Supply LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, calendar management, and administrative tasks. This role will act as a key point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:  Coordinate and help implement company programs and events.  Perform basic accounting tasks (QuickBooks experience is a plus).  Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.  Make travel arrangements as needed.  Organize and maintain company documents in updated filing systems.  Address employees' and clients' queries via email, phone, or in-person.  Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.  Perform occasional personal assistant duties.  Additional tasks as assigned by the manager. Skills & Qualifications:  Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role.  Experience with event planning and calendar management.  Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).  Basic math skills and experience with bookkeeping.  Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  A team player with a high level of professionalism.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite  Knowledge of project coordination practices would be beneficial Requirements:  Must reside in the metro Delaware area.  Reliable transportation is required.  At least 5 years of experience in support and business operations.  Experience in Bookkeeping preferred.
