Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Fully Remote... Pay Range: $17-20/hr. Duration: 3+ months (Possibility to Conversion or Extension) Preferred Candidates: Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, Customer Care Representative, CSR, Customer Support Representative, Member Service Representative, Financial Service Representative, Banking Service Representative, Wire Transfer, ACH, Electronic Fund Transfer, Banking, Bank, Financial Services, Mortgage Services. Roles and Responsibilities  Answering calls; following back up with client  Research into participant concerns and take next best step to resolve issue  Entering data into pension system  Tracking ongoing cases  Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.  Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.  Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.  Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Requirements and Qualifications  Minimum 2-4 years experience with Customer Service or Call Center or Payment Processing is required.  High School or GED is required. BachelorÂs degree is preferred.  Experience working with Banking and Financial Industry is a plus.  Payment processing experience is required.  Verbal and written communication skills.  Attention to detail.  Customer service skills.  Interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and manage oneÂs time.  Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.  Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
