About the Role ArcLedge Inc. is currently looking to add a motivated, analytical-thinking Bookkeeper / Financial Operations Associate to our team. Reporting to a Financial Operations Manager, this individual will play a vital role in supporting clients in all standard daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting tasks, as well as specialized tasks based on client needs. You will participate in the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, prepare reports, forecast budgets, and maintain the financial integrity of all business-related data. You will deliver exceptional service, proactively manage the relationships with your clients, and serve as the primary point of contact. This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities  Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections, and resolve issues as they arise  Provide payroll support including payroll processing and payroll administration  Maintain accurate account reconciliations  Develop monthly financial statements  Analyze and prepare journal entries, general ledgers, and budgets  Maintain accurate accounting records  Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal regulations and guidelines  Provide feedback and insight into ways to optimize processes and increase efficiency  Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service to our clients  Follow protocol and support in the onboarding process for any new engagements  Stay current on the latest cloud technologies  Complete special projects as assigned The Ideal Candidate  Is an analytical thinker with a passion for problem solving.  Would be considered an accounting ninja - highly skilled, efficient, and a master at their craft.  Prides themself on having personal and professional integrity.  Proactively seeks out opportunities to enhance their skill set to benefit the client and their own professional growth.  Has a strong work ethic with a desire to grow within our organization.  Has a proven track record of building meaningful connections and maintaining long-lasting relationships.  Has strong core values and is interested in working for a value driven organization.  Effective time management and organizational skills in a fully remote work environment.  Is able to work full-time during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Knowledge, Skills and Experience  BachelorÂs Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field  5+ years of professional accounting experience  Highly proficient in QuickBooks  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Zoom  Experience with Netsuite, Sage, Xero, BILL, and/or Expensify a plus  Excellent written and verbal communication skills Apply Job!Â
