Â Provide clear, comprehensive information on our services, addressing questions with accuracy and empathy. Â Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring every interaction upholds our high standards of service quality. Â Capture and manage quality control details to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Tools: Â Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Â Proficiency with Mac computers. Â Experience using Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Real VNC, and working with PDFs. Â Familiarity with reading and interpreting measurements. Â Reliable, high-speed internet connection. Â A MacBook is required for this role. Â Availability to work EST hours.
