Job Description: Are you passionate about project management and eager to play a pivotal role in AT&Ts mergers and acquisitions? Join our dynamic Finance PMO Merger & Acquisitions Team! We provide crucial project and program management support to the global Finance organization and the greater AT&T enterprise, ensuring seamless integration and cost efficiency in our merger and acquisition endeavors. Overall Purpose: As a Project Program Manager, you will lead non-technical finance and cross-functional projects related to AT&Ts mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and spin-offs. You will manage these projects from initiation through delivery and transition, collaborating with various global finance and non-finance teams to achieve project goals. Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Serve as the Team Project Manager and point of contact (POC) for assigned Finance work groups (e.g., Controllers, Financial Planning, Accounts Payable, Treasury/Customer Payments, Payroll, Billing, etc.) •...
