How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Senior Technical Records Analyst is responsible for the review of engine and aircraft acquisitions and sales records, establishing / reconstructing trace documentation Âback-to-birth for all Life Limited Parts (LLP) in chronological order of events as well as Airworthiness Directive (AD) and Service Bulletin (SB) compliance reporting. Engine models may include, but not limited to CFM56, CF6-80, RR Trent, V2500, CF34, PW1100, PW1500, PW2000 and PW4000 engines Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Research and verify compliance of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins  Generate LLP Sheets, create LLP traceability packages as well as AD and SB Status Reports using SCEPTRE (operatorÂs system) and / or Documentum  Contact operators and/or OEMÂs for missing documentation or records corrections  Generate mini packs for internal and external customers, sales, spaneting, etc.  Communicate with customers regarding records questions and concerns  Other duties as assigned to meet business needs Work is performed in a typical office work environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.  Minimum 3-5 years of engine, aircraft and, APU records experience  Minimum 3-5 years of commercial aviation  Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation  Strong knowledge of engine shop records  Strong customer service orientation  Ability to work in a high-pressure environment  Proficiency with software packages (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook)  Ability to travel worldwide for records reviews, as needed  Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.  Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles  Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency  Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)  Candidates for this position may have completion of a Bachelors Degree Apply Job!Â
