Regional Sales Hunter
Join a rapidly growing company revolutionizing the transportation industry as a Regional Sales Hunter. This is an individual contributor opportunity responsible for revenue growth and market share penetration by closing new deals with large and enterprise customer accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of outside sales experience required, specifically selling drayage, intermodal, LTL, local market, short-haul, same day/next day, and P&D solutions
 - Experience selling to freight forwarders, NVOCC's, BCO's, 3PL's, and warehouse providers
 - Highly competitive and motivated Hunter mentality
 - Ability to transition your own book of business and/or contacts
 - Experience with complex enterprise sales, identifying pain points, and delivering solutions
 - Experience driving revenue with large, national customers/shippers
 - Proven industry track record of winning new business and building strategic partnerships
 - Ability to articulate client strategies by using industry knowledge to expand business opportunities
 - Exceptional presentation and communication skills
 - Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections
 - Accountability and ability to prioritize daily tasks
