Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Assist with preparing and reviewing title opinions, title commitments, and closing documents
• Coordinate scheduling for closings, ensure document accuracy, and follow up on post-closing tasks
• Handle billing, invoicing, and file tracking in coordination with attorneys and clients
• Maintain communication with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and clients
• Support light marketing efforts, including follow-up emails, materials prep, and social media assistance
• Help maintain organized digital and physical files in compliance with legal standards
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
• Prior experience in a title company, law office, or real estate closing environment preferred
• Knowledge of real estate law, title work, or closing procedures is a must
• Comfortable working independently and remotely when needed
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Familiar with software like Qualia, SoftPro, or similar platforms (required)
