About the Role
We are hiring motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Agents. This is a fully remote, entry-level position ideal for those who enjoy helping others and want to build a long-term career in customer support. Paid training is provided no previous experience required.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
• Assist customers with account questions, orders, and basic troubleshooting
• Record details of customer interactions in the system accurately
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every interaction
• Meet daily performance metrics related to service quality and productivity
Basic Qualifications
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and web navigation
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
