Duties and Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and Zoom call.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the root cause, and identifying effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Provide feedback to management to improve processes, services, and the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics.
• Uphold customer satisfaction standards and meet or exceed service metrics.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, help desk, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, web-based platforms, and customer service tools.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience with remote customer service or working from home.
• Bilingual (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles.
