Senior Fullstack Engineer - Assisted and Automated Sales

    • What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and evolving core features that directly impact sales performance.
  • Working closely with backend, product, and UX/UI teams to align vision and execution.
  • Building the frontend first while contributing to backend services (primarily in Go) as needed.
  • Helping shape architectural decisions and drive technical direction.
  • Improving performance and refining existing systems for stability and speed.
  • Elevating engineering practices and contributing to a culture of quality.
  • Iterating on features based on real customer context and internal usage data.

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Proven experience working with React and its broader ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with tools like Redux Saga, TanStack Query, or comparable technologies.
  • Openness to developing backend skills if you’re more frontend-oriented.
  • Comfortable navigating large-scale UI and scaling frontend systems.
  • Ideally, some backend curiosity or exposure (Go is a plus, not a must).
  • Ability to write tests, participate in CI/CD workflows, and contribute to shared engineering practices.
  • A collaborative mindset — we care about team transparency, async updates, and shared knowledge.
