Oracle Cloud PPM Lead

Job Title: Oracle Cloud PPM Manager Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Manager to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud modules. This is a 6-month remote contract role for a seasoned professional who can work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives. • Project Contracts Billing • Project Financials • Project Management (includes Resource and Task Management) Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations including project planning, scoping, design, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud PPM solutions. • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting using Oracle PPM Cloud tools. • Guide configuration of modules such as Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, and Project Contracts. • Ensure data integrity, perform system testing, and support UAT efforts. • Provide post-go-live support and ongoing process improvements. • Mentor junior consultants and serve as the PPM subject matter expert (SME). • Coordinate with technical teams for custom reports, extensions, and integrations (OIC/OTBI/BI Publisher). Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with at least 4+ years in Oracle Cloud PPM. • Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations. • Strong understanding of financial and project accounting principles. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage deliverables effectively. Preferred Qualifications: • Oracle Cloud PPM Certification. • Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting tools (OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher). • Prior experience in professional services, construction, or public sector domains.
