Position: LMHC/Psychologist-Boca/West Palm Join to apply for the LMHC/Psychologist-Boca/West Palm role at Spectrum Medical Partners 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the LMHC/Psychologist-Boca/West Palm role at Spectrum Medical Partners Job Summary The duties of a MUST HAVE A FLORIDA LICENSE Monday-Friday 1099/W2 Flexible hours • Examine patients and record history • Adhere to proper charting protocols • Discuss with Physician and other health care professionals to prepare comprehensive plan • Submit health care plan and goals of individual patients for periodic review by Physician • Promote health by advising patient on diet, hygiene and prevention of disease • Refer to specialist as required for patient's well-being • Report deaths and contagious diseases to governmental authorities • Other responsibilities as assigned Job Summary The duties of a LMHC or Psychologist include, but are not limited to, commute to multiple post-acute care facilities every day, making rounds, communicating to patients, facility staff members, providing accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, education and follow-up care to patients. Work with Psych division providers within the post-acute facilities.
