Project Manager - M&A Integration

Mode Mobile is seeking a highly organized and proactive M&A Integration Project Manager to support and drive Mode Mobile's mergers and acquisitions activity from pipeline management to post-acquisition integration. Requirements • Proven experience in project management, operations, or M&A support (tech, mobile, or high-growth startup environments preferred). • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and timelines. • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable), and virtual collaboration platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive information with discretion. • Prior experience supporting M&A, integration, or startup deal execution. • Prior experience in B2C Apps and/or ad-centric business models is a strong plus.
