Graphic Designer – Marketing & E-Commerce (Contractor)
We’re hiring a detail-obsessed, conversion-focused E-Commerce Designer to create high-performing design assets across paid media, landing pages, and email. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to bring data-backed creative concepts to life for top-tier e-commerce brands.
What You’ll Do:
• Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Create conversion-optimized landing pages (mobile-first), product pages, and other site assets
• Design on-brand, performance-driven email templates and campaigns (Klaviyo)
• Translate creative briefs into clear visual executions that align with brand and campaign goals
• Iterate and optimize creative based on A/B test results and performance insights
• Maintain organized files, design systems, and production-ready deliverables
• Stay up to date with design trends, CRO best practices, and platform specs
What You Bring:
• 4+ years of experience designing for e-commerce (DTC strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to design for performance across ads, landing pages, and email
• Strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused design (especially Meta ads and mobile-first UX/UI)
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and email design tools like Klaviyo
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem and paid social creative standards
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, UGC ad design, or CRO tools like Unbounce or Webflow
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
