The National Sales Manager- Club, is responsible for increasing sales and developing new business opportunities within the club channel.
JOB SUMMARY
• The National Sales Manager – Club Channel is responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic relationships with key club channel accounts, specifically Costco and BJ’s.
• This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong partnerships, and maximizing revenue and profitability within the club channel.
• The National Sales Manager will collaborate cross functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with Stonewall Kitchen’s brand vision and operational goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Costco & BJ’s, building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and key stakeholders to drive product placement and sales performance.
• Create and implement tailored sales strategies for the club channel to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and enhance Stonewall Kitchen’s brand presence in Costco & BJ’s.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and optimize product mix, pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability while aligning with club channel requirements.
• Collaborate with accounts to secure optimal product placement, develop promotional programs, and execute in-store events to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Work closely with marketing to develop club specific marketing materials, packaging, campaigns, and coordinate with product development to align offerings with customer preferences and trends.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the club channel to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Manage budgets for trade spending, promotions, and account specific initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market insights to senior leadership.
• Attend key account meetings as required.
Requirements:
• BA or equivalent experience with 4-6 years of prior experience in customer service/sales, preferably in consumer goods market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership and motivation skills
• Previous experience managing club channel
• Ability to work in a fast- paced selling environment.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Preferred), specifically spreadsheet applications.
• Travel is required 40% of time
