Position Summary
Axsendo Clinical Research, a leading Phoenix-based clinical trial organization, is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing & Web Development Specialist to support the day-to-day marketing needs of the company. This part-time or contract role involves designing and executing study-specific recruitment campaigns, managing IRB advertising submissions, maintaining a Webflow-based website, and producing engaging digital content—including video—for patient outreach and brand engagement.
This role is ideal for a resourceful self-starter with experience in digital health marketing, Webflow development, and video editing who is excited to contribute to a mission-driven team focused on advancing clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage targeted, compliant digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) for individual clinical studies
• Design and submit advertising materials for IRB and sponsor approval in collaboration with regulatory staff
• Lead online patient recruitment efforts via landing pages, social media content, and digital forms
• Maintain and optimize Axsendo’s Webflow website including study-specific pages and calls-to-action
• Create and edit short-form video content (educational, promotional, testimonial) for use across platforms
• Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and branded collateral
• Track campaign performance and present basic analytics to internal teams
• Collaborate with operations, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or web development (clinical trial or healthcare experience strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in Webflow (including CMS structure, responsive design, and integrations)
• Video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Familiarity with IRB advertising submission processes and patient-centric recruitment strategies
• Strong graphic design and content development skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
