Virtual Therapist – Fully Remote Location: Remote – Indiana Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re hiring Indiana-licensed LMFTs, LMHCs, and LCSWs to provide mental health care in a fully virtual environment. This role allows you to deliver focused, high-quality therapy while maintaining a consistent schedule and the flexibility of remote work. Responsibilities: • Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups • Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans • Deliver tailored interventions based on client needs • Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system • Coordinate care with other providers when necessary • Active LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license in Indiana • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field • Experience in mental health counseling (telehealth or outpatient preferred) • Proficiency with electronic health records and video platforms • Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills • 100% remote work with full technology support • Administrative assistance for scheduling and billing • Ongoing training and professional development resources Ready for a meaningful career shift?
