Billing & Invoicing Assistant For Melanie Avalon’s Podcasts
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Billing & Invoicing Assistant to support the financial side of Melanie’s top-ranking health and wellness podcasts, with high-profile sponsors and affiliate partners.
This role is perfect for someone who loves spreadsheets, is highly organized, and can confidently manage monthly financial workflows with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities include
• Handle monthly invoicing for podcast sponsors
• Track incoming payments and follow up on any delinquencies
• Oversee co-host payouts and reimbursements
• Create and send I/Os to sponsors
• Execute other miscellaneous tasks related to billing
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear and professional written communication
• Familiarity with financial tracking and invoicing (QuickBooks, Google Sheets)
• Experience with affiliate platforms is a plus
• Trustworthy with sensitive financial info
Details:
• Remote
• Estimated 6–8 hours/month
• Rate: $25-$30/hour based on experience
• Most work is done in bulk at the middle and end of each month
