Lead Generation and Appointment Setter
Description:
• DaBrian Marketing is seeking a driven and results-oriented Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to support our business development efforts.
• You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and helping us exceed our monthly goal of 10+ booked appointments.
• You’ll leverage tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, Google Voice, and LinkedIn to find and connect with high-potential prospects.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or sales coordination.
• 1–2 years of experience in SAAS or Digital Marketing environments.
• Proven ability to sell or promote SEO, Local SEO, and related Digital Marketing solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Google Voice, Apollo.io, and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and SEMRush Lead Finder is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote team environment.
Benefits:
• Commission: 5% of closed deals (based on meeting/exceeding quota of 10 appointments/month)
• PTO: 7 days annually
