Optima Research Group is hiring Telephone Interviewers and Recruiters for our Remote Marketing Research Call Center.
As a Remote Call Center Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct market research surveys and/or and recruit respondents to participate in longer surveys at a later date. This position requires extensive outbound phone calling; however, no selling is involved.
The ideal Remote Call Center Telephone Interviewer will possess excellent verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, accurate typing/dictation skills, strong attention to detail, be able to speak clearly and be able to work in a fast paced environment. You must be able to sit for long periods of time and remain focused at the job on hand.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3-years of Marketing Research Telephone Interviewer experience is required
• Must have a reliable PC/Laptop with headset (headphones and microphone)
• Must have a reliable High Speed Internet connection.
• Must have a quiet area to work without interruptions.
• Must be able to read scripts word for word off of a computer, resulting in completed valid and successful market research surveys
• Type accurately using a keyboard, with the ability to take precise dictation.
• · Be coach-able and take direction from Supervisors and Project Managers
• · Sit at a desk for long periods of time; remain focused on the job at hand

Responsibilities
• Conduct telephone interviews with participants in English ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
• Collect and record research data accurately during calls.
• Utilize strong typing skills to input data promptly into the system.
• Maintain professionalism and proper phone etiquette while engaging with respondents.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the research process and address any challenges that arise.
• Support market research initiatives by gathering insights and feedback from diverse populations.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
