Cloud Operations Team Lead

As a Cloud Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Cloud Operations specialists in Japan, ensuring the incident management process is running as expected, and managing cloud infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, and OVH.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience working with cloud computing
• Networking and firewall expertise
• Proficiency in Windows, Office, and Active Directory
• Infrastructure security experience
• Backup knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions
• Experience with Jira ticketing system and Confluence
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations
• Business fluency in English
• Japanese proficiency a big Plus
