Working Student - Global HR Projects (m/f/d)

• Track project progress and maintain project documentation and timelines.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and feedback collection.
• Support the software setup, including testing and configuration tasks.
• Create communication materials (e.g., guides, FAQs, articles) to support the rollout.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders globally.
• Support in preparing, organizing and delivering training sessions for employees and managers .

• Enrolled student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Interest in HR processes and digital tools.
• Structured and proactive working style with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus.
• Confident in using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR software and in project management is a plus.
• Available for at least 9 months and enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the working student contract.
