Responsibilities
• Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.

• Ensure good customer relations are maintained and resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively.

• Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

• Create improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support or Call Center roles.

• Experience with ServiceMax Asset 360 for at least 2 years.

• Experience with SAP for at least 2 years.

• Preferred experience in Healthcare for at least 2 years.
