Responsibilities and Duties: • Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers, providing customer orientation, instructing on the proper use of equipment, and working with customers to solve a variety of problems. • Completes evaluation of problem(s) presented by our customers • Trouble shoots and provides solutions to problems or questions via the telephone, Zoom, or other approved methods • Completes work order or pick up exchange when a solution cannot be found • Participates in an on-call rotation for afterhours trouble shooting • Notifies on call MET of orders they create and assign them to that driver via Transport Manager. • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalent. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements: • DME experience preferred. • DME delivery experience a plus. • Experience with Microsoft Office and Zoom a plus • Excellent communication and customer relation skills. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player). • Clean and neat in personal appearance. • Must pass the Human Performance Evaluation assessment.
