Executive Assistant to Entrepreneur
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support a leading matchmaking and coaching business. This position plays a vital role in managing day-to-day operations and delivering excellent client experiences, with responsibilities ranging across administration, customer relations, social media, and research. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities to support a mission-driven business. This is a mostly remote role based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
• Handle scheduling, manage email correspondence, and maintain clear records to ensure seamless operations, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
• Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups, update customer information, and support program administration with a basic knowledge of platforms like Kajabi, Calendly, ConvertKit, Zapier, as well as CRM
• Assist in managing social media presence, contribute content ideas, and support marketing efforts across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• Conduct industry research, stay informed on new tools and trends, and provide insights to help inform business strategies and decisions
• Some personal assistant duties, including pet care, booking personal appointments, etc., as needed
Requirements:
• 5+ years as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, client-focused setting with previous remote experience being a must
• Must have 2+ years of experience supporting a high-profile online entrepreneur, author, or online coach
• Highly organized with excellent skills in calendar management, scheduling, and record-keeping
• Strong written and verbal communication, with experience drafting and proofreading documents, and engaging with clients
• Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness
• Must have experience in planning and executing virtual events with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Must be tech savvy with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and adaptable to new technologies. Experience with platforms like Kajabi, Canva, and ChatGPT is preferred
• Must love dogs and cats!
Location: Mostly remote; must be based in Los Angeles
Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, with flexibility as needed
Salary: Up to $90,000 based on experience
