The candidate will be responsible for supporting 1- 3 advisors and running the day-to-day operations of a remote office. Benefits of working for Griffin Financial Services: • Flexible scheduling10-20 hours needed- 10 during training 20 following 60-90 day training period • Work arrangements- fully remote, hybrid or office work arrangements available depending on preference of candidate (future employee) This position is responsible for some of the firm’s most important relationships and internal support. They must ensure all service needs are seen through expediently and correctly. The primary responsibility of the position is to coordinate activities on behalf of the Advisors to meet goals and objectives relative to clients. Client Service: • Utilizes strong communication skills and professionalism in consistently interacting with clients with an emphasis on excellent service and responsiveness • Provide account information to clients and financial advisors • Process paperwork and submit electronically to broker/dealer • Provide superior customer service and ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner Advisor Support: • Proofread and prepare reports, marketing materials, and paperwork for client meetings • Provide marketing assistance to financial advisors • Schedule meetings as needed • Provide data entry support to financial professionals and the administrative support team • Organize, maintain and stay current with Compliance files and required documents • Process paperwork and submit electronically to broker/dealer • Provide superior customer service and ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner Office Management: • Manages the day-to-day functions of a remote branch office, aligning processes and procedures with the administrative guidelines of the home office • Oversee organizational best practices and standard operating procedures • Collaborate with the team to identify inefficiencies and continuously improve best practices • Assist with projects and special duties as needed • Understands a wide array of objectives, organizes them by priority and proactively reminds Advisors to see objectives through • Assist with the design, coordination and implementation of retail client processes that proactively engages clients successfully, routinely and repetitively • Helps build and maintain streamlined processes for the Advisors to manage tasks, accurately document activity, and complete follow-ups across multiple lines of business and associated software systems In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following qualifications: • 2 years of financial services and/or executive level support • Experience working in a CRM • Remote work experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel • Must pass a background check (Fingerprinting in accordance with FINRA compliance) • Must be willing to work 20 hours a week (current maximum for this role in the foreseeable future) Skills required • Keen attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management skills • Technology savvy (quick learner) • Positive, energetic, happy demeanor • Strong communication skills- written and verbal communication • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills Additional qualifications which would be a benefit for the position: • Experience with digital marketing programs and event planning • Experience with Redtail CRM • Bookkeeping skills • FINRA Securities Registered (Series 7, 63, 65, 66) • Life, Accident & Health Licenses • Experience with setting up and managing Retirement Plans • Experience with managing logistics Powered by JazzHR Expected salary: Location: Irwin, PA Job date: Mon, 05 Sep 2022 06:47:13 GMT Apply for the job now!
