About the position
MarketStar is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to champion our client's premier business marketing tool. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of an exciting journey, leading the charge in the latest technological advancements as we continue to expand. The role is hybrid, based in Ogden, UT, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work. In this position, you will develop and close a pipeline of inbound leads, contributing to the company's growth and success. You will manage inbound leads, secure business, and meet monthly and quarterly KPIs. A comprehensive understanding of the Mailchimp product suite will be essential, as you will be expected to effectively shorten the sales cycle using selected sales methodologies. Acting as a product and service advocate, you will generate interest and awareness of the client's value proposition. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress. You will implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers and provide robust account management to support customers' technology strategies, implementations, and future needs. Collaboration with the leadership team and clients will be crucial in developing strategies and processes that achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• 12-24 months of experience as an ISR in the SaaS/IT Services sector for mid-market to enterprise sales, or 6-12 months in B2B sales as an individual contributor.

• Experience with a software vendor in the SaaS or system integrator space is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in prospecting, discovery, demonstration, and closing.

• High sales aptitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
