Outbound Sales Assistant – Lead Gen + Appointment Setting (Apollo + HubSpot)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re a fast-growing barrier and perimeter security rental company serving municipalities, event organizers, and government agencies. We rent and deploy fencing, hostile vehicle barriers (HVM), and surveillance trailers to keep large events safe.
We’re looking for a professional, aggressive, and highly organized outbound sales assistant experienced in lead generation, to help us grow.
The person in this role will be responsible for growing our lead list in addition to performing sales calls.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Use Apollo (or UpLead) to find and verify 100–200 new leads/week
- Identify targets: city safety officers, emergency managers, event coordinators, procurement contacts
- Call 40–60 contacts per day
- Use provided call script (you’ll log results in HubSpot)
- Send outbound email sequences using templates
- Log all activity in HubSpot CRM: status, notes, follow-up tasks
- Book meetings or site visits on our team calendar
- Monitor RFPs, safety plan deadlines, and key city events (we’ll train you)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong cold-calling experience (government or B2B preferred)
- Fluent English speaker with confident, professional tone
- Highly organized — you’ll be managing 100s of contacts
- Experience with Apollo, UpLead, and/or HubSpot CRM
- Able to work independently and provide weekly performance reports
- Familiarity with U.S. municipalities, city departments, or public events is a big plus
DETAILS:
- 15–30 hours/week to start (expandable)
- Ongoing position if performance is strong
- Base pay + bonuses for qualified contracts signed
- Must be available to make calls during U.S. business hours (Pacific time)
