Marketing Technology Manager, AI
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Technology Manager, AI to join our team at HubSpot. In this role, you will be tasked with leading the strategic development and execution of cutting-edge marketing tech initiatives that leverage AI and machine learning. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that will drive customer success and help HubSpot grow.The ideal candidate for this role should have a keen understanding of marketing technology, AI, and machine learning, and should bring to the table a combination of technical, creative, and business acumen. You should have a strong track record of success in leading technology initiatives, and be capable of taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute cutting-edge marketing technology initiatives that leverage AI and machine learning
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions
Lead strategic development of these initiatives
Take ownership of projects from start to finish
Utilize technical, creative, and business acumen to achieve maximum customer success and HubSpot growth
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technology, AI, and machine learning trends
Monitor progress of projects and adjust plans accordingly
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members as needed
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve marketing performance and efficiency
