The Role We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer and content creator (not an agency) to join our team. You’ll be the strategic execution arm behind client success, someone who can design, manage, and grow Instagram accounts that convert. You’ll work across multiple client accounts to create on-brand content, track performance, and help us deliver serious results through creative execution, data-driven reporting, and tight collaboration. • This isn’t for someone who’s just “good at Canva.” We’re looking for someone who can manage the full ecosystem: strategy, content, reporting, engagement, and execution. Key Responsibilities Client Account Management • Manage 3 to 6 client accounts with confidence and care • Lead Zoom check-ins, manage deliverables, and keep communication clear • Handle everything from onboarding to strategy alignment to check-ins Content Creation and Page Management • Create on-brand graphics, Reels, and story content for Instagram • Edit video with captions, transitions, and strong pacing using CapCut, Canva, and Adobe • Post content to client pages based on the strategy and content calendar • Manage the daily operations of Instagram accounts including publishing, scheduling, and page maintenance • Work within brand guidelines but push creative boundaries when needed Community Engagement • Actively manage engagement across Instagram: reply to DMs, comments, and story reactions • Build and nurture client communities with intention, not just emojis • Help turn followers into loyal fans by engaging with clarity, confidence, and brand voice • Be proactive in deepening audience connection (polls, Q&A, comment prompts, etc) Performance Analysis & Reporting • Track social metrics and turn data into clear monthly insights • Write easy to understand reports that explain what worked, what didn’t, and why • Propose content and strategy updates that align with each client’s goals Strategy & Collaboration • Build decks to present ideas, trends, or campaign recaps • Work closely with the Red Wolf team to improve workflows and deliver consistent value • Contribute to creative problem solving and high level brand thinking What You’ll Need to Be Great at This • Experience: 3+ years working with clients on content + strategy (especially on Instagram) • Communication: Clear on Zoom, sharp on email, professional with clients • Content Creation: Strong design instincts, video editing skills, and creative adaptability • Strategic Thinking: Understand how brand strategy maps to content and results • AI Fluency: Know how to use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and prompt engineering • Project Management: Handle multiple accounts, plans ahead, meets deadlines • Insight & Reporting: Analyze data, spot patterns, and explain performance simply • Leadership: Able to self-direct, manage client energy, and contribute ideas that move things forward • Quality Standards: Hold self to elite standards: no sloppy posts, typos, or missed deadlines Tools You Must Already Know • Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut • Monday.com, Airtable, Google Workspace • ChatGPT and other AI content tools • Understanding of Instagram strategy, trends, and content formats Who This Is Not For • You're building your own brand or product and this is a side hustle • You're an agency or a template seller • You don’t thrive under high expectations or managing multiple clients This role requires operational excellence, strategic marketing knowledge, and hands-on content production. Trial Week (Paid: $400) If selected, you’ll go through a one week paid working trial where you’ll step into the real day-to-day responsibilities of the role. This is a chance for both of us to see how you operate under real conditions: managing multiple accounts, communicating with confidence, and hitting deliverables at a high level.
