Entrepreneurial Community and Social Media Manager

Community & Social Media Manager Remote | PST Timezone Required Venturz is helping thousands of entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses with an all-in-one “business-in-a-box” platform—complete with website builder, CRM, payments, and AI tools. Now, we're looking for a Community & Social Media Manager to energize our community, spark conversations, and lead the charge across social channels, events, and support. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead our community efforts: Manage and grow our online communities by engaging members, answering questions, and turning users into loyal advocates. • Own our social media: Plan, write, and post content that resonates with founders and small business owners—think startup tips, product updates, customer wins, and thought leadership. • Host live sessions: Run product demos, webinars, founder AMAs, and weekly office hours to educate and energize users. • Coordinate virtual events: Collaborate with partners and the internal team to organize pitch nights, founder roundtables, or feature deep-dives. • Support with heart: Respond to questions via email and chat, ensuring every user interaction feels human, fast, and helpful. • Feed insights back to product: Capture what our users love, need, and struggle with—and share it directly with the team. You’re a Great Fit If You • Have 3+ years managing communities or content for SaaS or creator tools • Are a strong writer with a clear, engaging, and founder-friendly tone • Feel confident running live webinars and virtual events • Have posted regularly about startups, entrepreneurship, or business topics • Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with minimal structure • Understand what early-stage founders need (because you’ve been one—or helped them) • Can work full-time during PST hours (10am–7pm) Bonus Points For • Experience growing a Slack/Discord/Circle community • Familiarity with basic design or video tools (Canva, etc.) • Having launched your own project or startup (even if it failed—especially if it failed) To apply: Please include in your cover letter: • A quick story or link to a community initiative or piece of content you're proud of • Your favorite productivity or business tool (just the name is fine) We will *only consider applications** that include both these things.
