About the position Responsibilities • Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Managers and Front Line Sales Leaders to grow and defend multiple segments of Mid-Market customers. • Drive revenue growth through improved relationships and customer retention. • Achieve assigned measures of success and quarterly stretch goals as well as Annual KPIs. • Contribute to and execute strategic and tactical plans through the assigned sales team. • Drive higher revenue, productivity, and margin performance in line with corporate objectives. • Provide leadership and development opportunities to attract and retain top talent. • Communicate business performance, progress, challenges, and needs to stakeholders. Requirements • 10+ years of quota carrying technology/solution sales experience. • Minimum of 7-10 years in sales leadership/manager roles. • Proven track record of developing strategies and executing through teams. • Experience working closely with marketing and partner channels to enhance customer acquisition and retention. • Strong sales acumen and leadership skills to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Ability to leverage data for decision making and operational improvements. • Bachelor's degree or MBA. Nice-to-haves • Experience in B2B software growth businesses. • History of boundaryless leadership and collaboration. • Strong executive presence for effective presentations.
