Remote Construction Appointment Setter (Weekends Only)
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services and generate interest.
• Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate schedules and optimize appointment setting strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
• Provide feedback to management on ways to improve lead generation and appointment setting processes.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Benefits
• Pay: $17/hr
• Possible commissions based on closed deals
