About the position Responsibilities • Provide customer service to Omni's clients over the phone, chat, and through ticketing systems. • Make outbound phone calls as needed to support client needs. • Maintain a quiet and secure work environment during working hours. • Ensure all technology and equipment meet the specified requirements for optimal performance.
