Director, Behavioral Threat Management Program, Security - Northern California
About the position
Responsibilities
• Direct the development of threat management strategy and processes.
• Champion organizational design for a shared service-based function for threat management.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand risks affecting personnel and businesses.
• Oversee threat management teams to forecast and respond to threats.
• Ensure training of field personnel in threat assessment and management processes.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert to executive leadership.
• Establish and maintain engagement with external agencies and industry associations.
• Plan and implement strategic programs to detect criminal violations and improve safety.
• Develop guidelines for facility access control as applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement of security systems and technology.
Requirements
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in threat management projects/programs.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience supporting senior leadership in project optimization.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral/Mental Health, Nursing, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in consulting, project management, or related fields.
Benefits
• Competitive salary range of $197,900 - $256,080 per year.
