Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

A top national General Contractor with a stellar reputation for delivering a diverse range of construction projects nationwide. Project portfolio spans across various sectors, including Data Center, Cold Storage, Food & Bev, Advanced Manufacturing and other high valued industrial or complex commercial project types. Currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firms • Manage budgets and schedules • Feasibility studies and cash flow management • On site management of data center projects • Interaction with power and fiber companies • Executive level reporting • Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity • Interface with T5 operations team • Business development Minimum Requirements • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor, and a strong background in managing both small and large scale projects from discovery and design to development and implementation. • Project Size: Proven success in managing multiple projects with values ranging from $5 million to $100 million or more. Preferably in the Data Center, Mission Critical, or Advanced Manufacturing space. • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and address challenges as they arise during projects. • Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to build and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. • Technology: Proficiency in construction-related software and technology, as well as Microsoft Office.
